Got into a conversation the earlier today after my latest blog post, and Maddsy said during his week off, he was flicking through the channels, and he came across the Barclaycard World FreeRunner Championships, so he gave it a bit of his attention.  He mentioned this lad from the UK, who won, doing a “Human Flag” and making it look like he was walking up the stairs.  Not one for believing him too much, I gave it a little bit of research, and came across this clip on Youtube, which just so happens to be the right clip!

Of course you then get searching for other videos like that, and it appears there are a few fitness fanatics using the Human Flag to exercise!

My abs are aching just looking at them exercises! Lets hope John don’t see these or we’re for it
