So it’s been 2 sessions since a rather tanned John and I started back to the gym.  They’ve been easy-ish sessions since we’ve had the best part of a month off, but I’m still aching like hell.  Thought I’d injured my right triceps the Tuesday night doing chest, and it’s a little tight still today. Got a few days rest, specially with it being a Bank holiday on Monday down here in England! Woohoo  Got back last night and watched the Arsenal vs Celtic, and it’s not often I want someone to crawl off injured, but there is just something about Eduardo that I do not like! That was before he cheated his way to a penalty last night, with a dive.  Was a decent enough game tho in the end Arsenal ran out 5-1 winners over the 2 ties.

Seems like I missed a cracker up at St James’ Park last night, when Old boy Lee Clark took his Huddersfield charges up north and they played their part in a 7 goal thriller, which the Toon edged 4-3 with a goal in the final minutes from Kevin Nolan.  2 in 2 for him now! Good to see Nile Ranger and Kezanga Lua Lua getting a run out along with Tamas Kadar getting a rare start in defence.  We’ve got some good quality youngsters waiting to make the step up, and hopefully a few more will be bloodied this season.

In a way I’m gutted that I had to turn down tickets for the Chelsea vs Burnley game this weekend, but I can’t afford to get down there, and have no idea who else I’d take down, as Maddsy declined.  Suppose we could both have gone at laughed at Chelsea haha!
