Yeah thats right I think i’ve managed to run myself into the ground again! This lack of sleep and possible over-doing it in the gym has left me feeling somewhat lethagic today to say the least   I’ve currently got aches and pains in most parts of my body! I’ve had a bad shoulder for months now, shoulder joints that click everytime I raise my arms above shoulder height (Got some Glucosamine for that so lets see if that helps) I’ve got a bruise from football last friday when I smashed my arm against someones foot, Basically my body is in a bad way ! And to top it all off I seem to be coming down with a cold (Sorry MAN-FLU) HAHA

Last night was one long night! Got home from work and had enough time to chill out, but decided against anything to eat as I just didn’t have an appetite, and then headed over to the gym to meet John.  Took a bit of a different route, and found myself there a lot earlier than anticipated, so ended up starting without him for a bit.  Went from there straight to football training.  Thats right I went football training! The lads were all shocked as hell, and it was a decent run about for an hour.  Willa needed to remember that little Ben was playing at times Got straight home about 20 past 9, had a sandwich and then found myself asleep in bed! Atleast till half 1! Then I struggled to nod back off, and it must have been 10 past 2 the last time I checked the clock, and then next thing it was half 7 with the alarm going off!  Hell I Didn’t even know the football scores from last night till I got into work about 20 past 8 this morning! Oh well thank god it’s Easter and I’ve now got 4 days off work to get over this cold, as well as try and train for the Half Marathon, which reminds me I need to get the form to Bobby on sunday so he can hand them both in together!

I’ve just signed up for a publisher account on Adgitize and thought I’d give it a bit of a whirl for a month or two! I know I won’t be earning mega-bucks, but anything is welcome at the minute! Even if I get to the pay out minimum and I just keep it in my paypal account for n emergency   I must admit I’m over the moon at how my Alexa rank seems to have shot up in the last 6 months or so from 1,000,000 + to just outside the top 150,000 at the moment! This seems to coincide with using Entrecard and trying my hardest these last 2 weeks or so to drop the maximum 300 cards allowed each day (It’s serious business is this EC malarky ) Also I’m getting a few more comments as a reuslt of commenting on other blogs I come across, so it’s working out quite well!
