So there were contrasting fortunes for 2 teams last night. I was at the Champions League Semi-Final between Manchester United and Barcelona, and as soon as the final whistle went in that game, and Old Trafford became more of a rock venue than the traditional Library There was disappointment for Mansfield Town, who have lost their fight against relegation, and their 77 year stay in the Football League is no more

Anywho.. More about that later.

Friday was a quiet day at work to be honest, partly cos Lee was on his way to Santa Pod for what could be their last race meeting Hope it aint, and they can find a sponsor straight away. I know when he was still in Bahrain in the middle of last year, he was working his socks off preparing documents to send to possible sponsors, going into great detail about everything, so Good luck anyway youth!!

Last night was another boring one! Earlier in the day John had text me asking me if I fancied going out for an hour or two with him and Will, but I just wasn’t in the mood Had Maddsy ring me asking where his jump-leads were, and my response was just “Ermm I’m looking at them youth” to which I got the usual barrage of abuse   Then Stevie came to pick them up, and stood on the street talking to her mother, right outside my window, in her dressing gown All I needed to see I can tell you HAHAHA!

Sami is well on with Prison Break, and is now bout halfway through season 2 already and she;s got me interested in watching Dirty Sexy Money now haha!!!

Tickets for the Manchester United vs Barcelona Champions League Semi-Final 2nd Leg at Old Trafford, Manchester.

I have 2 of these tickets available, but through unforeseen circumstances they are miles apart from each other. I am not sure if Prawn Sandwiches are included free-of-charge, as sadly they were not given out during the Quarter-Final vs Roma, and I’m sure they will be trying to create the atmosphere of say…. A LIBRARY or something, to try and scare Barcelona, and knock them out their rhythm I have taken out the price, names on the tickets and also where they are to protect the winning bidder HAHA

In true english style, a penalty taker bottles it on one of the biggest stages, and spoons it wide! The once chance for Ronaldo to prove he’s really world class, and Messi pops up and turns it on. He was awesome last night, when Ronaldo hardly had a touch.  the game was billed as the all-out attacking semi-final compared to what would have been the boring, cagey, tactical semi-final between Liverpool and Chelsea, but this was worse, from what I saw.. baring in mind I was watching One Tree Hill during the first half, whilst glancing across at the telly every few minutes to have a quick look at the game   Other than that had a little shopping spree in Asda, as someone I was with wanted to nip in and get some stuff, and I ended up buying Robin Hood Men In Tights.  God I love that film.  Ended up watching that last night once the Man Utd game had finished

Now me, Bobby and Malc all have to hold out hands us now, and accept that we have been irresponsible We should never have mentioned the wrestling thing on facebook to Maddsy He seems to be spending every waking minute on it. He was on it bout 5:25 yesterday, and then closed the window, looked like he was ready to leave work, then re-opened his broswer, and went back on it for a few more minutes, refreshing the page, shouting at the screen “Come on it’s your go” Also me and Lee are now aware of when he’s on it, as he starts muttering at the screen “fucking wanker” etc, So I think I’m gonna do the mates thing, and try and find him a support group for Wrestling addictions! Hell Bobby “Nature Boy” Roberts can go there too – woooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Since adding an email address to Outlook Express on my computer to monitor any that come back from this emailer program, I’ve started getting some proper comedy Subject headers with the spam!! Maybe would have helped had we not chosen such a bloody easy email address to pick up on for the old spambots out there Some of the best include…

Anyway back to what I like to call reality, as much as I hate it haha! Last night I went for a session in the gym, and Tuesdays is always a guessing day with John! If he’s aching too much from the chest session the day before, we’ll work the back, but if not we’ll do the shoulders Shoulders it was last night tho, and we proceeded to kill ourselves, specially with one exercise, which made it feel like i was about to snap my wrist we then went a bit crazy with a circuit of stomach exercises, as neither of us will be at the gym tonight, cos John is at a Mellow Rebellion gig (think it’s his mates band, and the few tracks I have I found quite good tbh) And I’m think i’m watching Barcelona vs Man Utd

Got home, and chilled on msn, chatting to Rach, who it turns out knows one of my old mates… Jono Wilson. Turns out they work together, so this small world just got a little smaller Still a shame about his ankle. Also watched the Liverpool vs Chelsea game, and to be honest Liverpool deserved to win in my eyes, They were the better team through out until John Arne “Dynamite Boots” Riise decided to have a Wiggy moment, and planted a true Wiggy header into the top corner…. of his own net. YOU STUPID BLOODY MAN!! When did Chelsea changed their name to Wimbledon tho? Poor Drogba was up front on his own, they’re launching aimless 40 yard balls (like brad) and Liverpool were happy to mop up the loose ball everytime *rollseyes* Anyhow… It does make for an interesting second leg down at the theatre on Kings Road – Home of Chelsea

So yesterday at work was interesting to say the least! Maddsy decided to go it alone in the “get em in” stakes, and then wondered why me and Lee wouldn’t buy him one Other than that it was a case of trying to finish off as much of this artwork for a customer as possible!! Was helped by the odd joke from Lizzie and my dad coming through on the old dog and bone haha!

John was in a meeting from 6 when he finished work, so I went back home and chilled for an hour chatting to Mr Bagi, who for some god forsaken reason thinks of himself as “GOD” Told him that his missus was giving me the eye in the pub, but he was having non of it Think we’ll put it down to nerves about her meeting some of the football lads HAHAHA!! After a few quick fights on facebook, John text me saying he’d be at the gym from 7, so made haste and headed over to Kirkby. Had a good session on the chest, but my god! When we started the bench pressing, not sure if it’s cos we still weren’t fully warmed up, but it felt ALOT heavier than normal Got to the stage where I was having to have John spot me, cos I just couldnt seem to find the power in my arms to lift it!! The rest of the things I did fine, and even stepped up a bit of weight on them all! I just seem to be stuck on the bench pressing, which is a little random

Got home bout half 8ish, and then randomly watched a film or two on telly, whilst extending my record on Wrestler to 51 wins compared to 34 defeats!! Slowly working my way up the Nottingham and facebook rankings! Now 40th in Nottingham, and 6797 on facbook! A rise of 7 in the area championship and a massive step of 1500ish on facebook! HOW SAD Anyway thats enough for now
