So here’s a Thursday morning update on the week thats been so far 
So from what I can remember Monday at work was ermmm a tad boring 
Which mainly involved me printing up hundreds of Mini-Marquees envelopes ready for a mass mail-out in the next few days, as well as printing price lists. From work I nipped home, sorted a protein shake, got changed and headed over to the gym fror our monday chest session. We decided that we were REALLY gonna push it this time round, and I have reached my goals way ahead of schedule I wanted to lift 2 plates each side since I joined, when I started on 1/2 a plate. Well Monday I managed to do one exercise without any help using 2 plates, but when it came to bench-pressing, I could manage 3 or 4, but had to have John spot me for the remaining 4, but I still did it, so I was a very happy bunny after that session, in which we both decided to enter unchartered territory, and lift more than we would normally.
Got home and yes you guessed it! More X-Box living it with Tibbzy and a few others, even Crit came to join our party fr a game, but ended up on the other side, thus killing me a few times, but revenge is sweet and I managed to get a few kills back. My online ranking is slowly improving, and there seems to be a little friendly rivalry between me and the Boy Lee over who’s gonna get to the 55 ranking first
Tuesday I ached like hell all day, and it seemed like my chest and arms didnt wanna do anything. It was a struggle to even pick up my cup of coffee 
Got everything ready for Geoffrey’s mailout, including printing Letters (much to the annoyance of Maddsy who wanted to use my printer *rollseyes*) and envelopes on top of moving the macs from one room to the other, and then becoming frustrated when they wouldnt communicate like they had done only days before! GRRRR. Highlight of the day was Tubbsy breaking the old printer before he’d even used it! It was so funny watching him get more and more wqound up by it, and cheered me up no end
Got home not expecting to go to the gym Tuesday night, but bout 6ish, John said he hadn’t heard from his mate regarding a gig they were due to go to, and wondered if I fancied going to the gig or hitting the gym, even tho we were both aching like fuck haha! Obviously I chose gym, and we had another great session, but this time on the shoulders, and it hurt! It hurt bad towards the end, so we decided to call it a night, and so I headed home to chill out in a bath and have some tea. Watched the latest Prison Break, and all I shall say is OMG!!! It was proper edge of your seat stuff, and my fellow Prison Break addictee Olstar agreed with me. Altho we cant wait till next week, when it SHOULD be the last one, but with events from the last episode who knows
Was woken up at 7ish by my mother Wednesday morning, wishing me a Happy Birthday, and that was then followed by a day of texts from various people, loads more texts from some than others 
As I was awake I decided to get up, and mess about on the internet for a bit, before having a game or two on the xbox (Getting my subscriptions worth I suppose) before heading over to my mums to see our Stef for 5 minutes, ahead of having my haircut. Laura sorted my hair out yesterday, when normally Claire would have done it, and once Laura found out one of the people I’ve started texting, who she happens to know, then that was it! Open Season on poor old wiggy 
Ahh well! All in good spirit, altho I’m not keen on Claire and Laura whispering stuff when stood on my deaf side HAHAHA!
From there I text Olstar to see if he was at home, as I’d got a few things for him to copy, and we ended up doing a bit of a trade, with me ending up with a few good things that I’ve wanted. Great to see him, and have a chat bout this and that, and hopefully this time he’ll remember to sort me a painting out When I left his I went out and about in the car for a bit, before taking the decision to avoid going to McArthur Glen for Starbucks, and veered towards AJ’s sarnie shop instead. I had forgotten bout this little gem of a shop, till I got speaking to Olly on google talk the other day, so made it a must that I’d have one of their Sarnies this week, and they didnt dissapoint WOOOOO!!! Also nipped a few cakes into work, and got a present off Carol and Denise! They’d bought me some slippers!! This stems from them getting Crit a pair for his 30th last week, and I said how comfy they were, and that I wanted a pair, and my god are they comfy!
Spent an hour or two getting my rankings up, before I decided to watch The Condemned. What a film! I thought it was mint! Staring Stone Cold and Vinnie Jones. Vinnie plays a right nasty little fucker, which seems to suit him to the ground, and Austin is your usual American Marine hero type After an hour or two gaming, and chatting to a few lads from North Yorkshire on Xbox Live, I got kicked from the server for some reason, so chilled out and watched Any Given Sunday for a bit! Nice chilling end to a relaxing day
Today I’m back at work, and really wish I wasn’t! It sucks! 
Altho I’ve managed to get the two macs to talk to each other again, and after a brief problem with the plotter not printing, a big boot from me and Crit, and god knows what buttons pressed, and it’s working again
