Always makes me chuckle when they somehow get hold of your personal info, and try to get you into their club for your birthday of something
Anyway, not much to update tbh! Since sleeping sunday afternoon/evening, I’ve not slept very well at all since! Monday and Tuesday night I just couldnt seem to fall asleep! I was too tired to focus on the telly, but appeared I had one or two things running through my mind, God knows what time I managed to drop off to sleep 
Slowly getting nearer my goal at the gym. When I first started I was doing 25lbs each side on the bench-press, and now i’m up to 80lbs.. my goal is 90, so I have 2 45lb plates on each side 
We’ve started doing heavier weights, but less exercises.
Monday night after the gym, I went over to my mum and dads, and had a chat with them, and tried to get marqueebase working on his computer, but for some reason it wouldn’t. Think he needs to connect to an SQL server, and so when he finally gets his head around what Gary did in the first place, he’ll see what he can do.
Last night got home, and all I did was watch the latest episode of Prison Break *Oh my god!! Roll on next week*, go on Call of Duty online for an hour, and got myself promoted again, and then chilled out watching CSI, and sorting some stuff out in the house.
Highlight of the day at work yesterday had to be Crit getting even with Maddsy, by covering him in glue stick Always good when someone gets his comeuppance HAHA
