So not had an update for a few days, and have noticed one or two nosey parkers checking up on me so to speak 
So here goes.

Had quite an interesting few days tbh.
Thursday at work was quiet and I quietly went about my work as I had done for the earlier half of the week. Got home from work, went on Virtual Tennis 3 for half an hour, and then started to get ready to hit the town with Bagi, Moorey and Butler. Met them in the Swan at just gone half 8, and from there things started to get a bit messy We did a few pubs, and then got into Wetherspoons, where I got myself a Jagermeister and Red Bull, whilst Bagi got a Corona. Once he saw what I’d got he started dribbling at the mouth, and ordered himself one and another Corona, and let me have the extra one! He’s a really nice man, that “all seeing, all knowing eye” that is Bagi Nipped into Marthas, then Flanigans. Were gonna go upstairs, but the queue was massive, so we got a drink from the downstairs bar, necked them, and then buggered off to Liquid, for free admission. There were about 4 people in (not including ourselves or the bar staff) so we made good use of the buy 1 get one free offer on VK drinks, did a few swings on the “Chavometer” and then made our way to QI. Moorey did his best Cinderella impression, and made his way home, before his ride home turned into a pumpkin or something stupid like that Me, Bagi and Butler ripped up the dance-floor in QI, and we were loving it! Got home bout half 1ish I think, after drunk texting John asking who was out on saturday night for his birthday
Well yesterday was Prison Break day again, so I got home from work, and shut the curtains, put the kettle on, and settled myself in front of my computer screen, ready for the latest edition of Prison Break! All I will say is WOW what an episode! Altho afterwards chatting to Olstar, who had not yet seen it, due to rude people coming round to visit him And we found out that there will only be 3 more episodes in this season!! So after a bit of digging I found a forum or two that said they were thinking about a season 4, but I REALLY REALLY hope that it ends with a cracking finale in 3 episodes time 
Or it’ll just end up being like LOST, and how unlucky can 1 man be! One minute he gets locked up to break his brother out of prison, then ends up in prison in panama, and if there is a season 4 he’ll prob escape to the UK or sommat, and find himself visiting HMP Wakefield alongside some of the perverts serving their time in there 
And that brings me onto the next subject… LOST is back on our screens in the next few weeks, so gonna have to start watching that again I think! No doubt Lee Westwood and Olstar will be happy with that news I just love the American drama’s at the minute shame, the English don’t seem able to come up with the ideas first
Didnt get upto much after work last night, apart from getting ready for the gym, and sending a few text messages out and about to a few folks, trying to sort out a pro evo night Got to the gym, and we decided to work on the chest again, as I’m still not happy with it! My arms and shoulders seem to be getting bigger quicker than the chest grrrrr. Had a chat with two of John’s mates who were on about holidays, and we got into chatting bout the worst places and how some hotel rooms are that bad people would rather sleep on the balcony or on the sun loungers, or pass out before they even got to the hotel room, and sleep outside the door Was another good session on the weights, and we decided to slowly step it up to the next level again. By the time we got to the stomach exercises my arms were feeling numb, and by the time we’d finished the little circuit we do, my stomach once again felt like it had been turned inside out Dean Turner was in again last night, and he is insistent that the gym is bad for you yet like me, he keeps going. Chatting to him and Bucko at times, makes me miss the days when we all used to play football for Kirkby Autocentre, and the laughs we used to have. Was just as fun when we used to play on sundays for FLL Aerospace, but I kinda miss the fun on saturdays, going to the pub afterwards. Only problem was… the older I got… the more knackered I’d feel sat evening/night
Seems to be some interesting transfer targets in KK’s sights if you believe the constant crap churned out by the daily papers :lol:Â Altho if there was an ounce of truth about them it’d be interesting to see what happened haha!
Namely the Mirror reporting that KK is interested in bringing non-other than David Beckham to the Toon, where the Daily Mail says he’s offered Micah Richard £70k a week to come and join him in the north-east! Think he’d defo be a good addition to the squad. Sky Sports News reports that Daniel van Buyten from Bayern Munich is also a target, who played for half a season under KK at Man City.
He needs to get his finger out soon, as the window closes in a matter of days
Friday night I decided to go over to Manor and partake in an hours footballing festivities with a few others. Was a good run-about, and always nice to chop down Smithy and a few others Somehow we’d missed all the rain too! It seemed to have rained for the best part of the afternoon, but when we got to Manor it stopped, only to start again once we’d finished! Pretty random weather shown again. Nipped over to see my mother after football, and she decided to go shopping instead, cos i’d not been round earlier So found myself sat round there watching telly for a bit till she got back. Had a bit of a chat with her once she’d returned, decided that we’d go to McArthur Glen in the morning, and I nicked the sit-up bench, and then made my way home. Chilled out at home watching telly for a bit, then feeling rather tired called it a night.
Got up nice and early, and went to pick my mother up. Have a nosey round some of the shops, and bought myself a few new shirts and hats and things, and then met my mum in Starbucks for a nice Caramel Machiatto and then we headed off back to hers, where I had a bite to eat and shower before heading off into town to take in the Stags match. Got down early, and parked up, and had a wander round the stags club-cabin and Sainsbury’s, and then returned to my car with a program waiting for Lee and his dad to arrive.

Work was like any other day without Maddsy… BLISS Think between us me and Lee have managed to save about £10 each in drinks Few more DVD’s called for then hahaha
Got home last night, and had some Pea and Ham soup, and put Layer Cake on, so watched that whilst chatting to Lucy on msn again, and then I got a text off John asking if I was up for the gym later. Headed over and was there a bit early as normal, and so started warming up a bit, and saw one of the old Kirkby football lads, who I’d not seen for years. Kinda surprised he recognised me. Deano used to play in net for us in the good old days of FLL Aerospace and for a bit as Kirkby Autocentre. He was moaning like hell about why do we bother going to the gym when we know we’re gonna hurt like hell later. So thats about 4 of the old Kirkby lads I’ve seen in the gym in the last few weeks, but I doubt I’ll ever go for a catch-up drink with them! They’re all fucking huge now. I’ll stick to messaging the few that are on facebook
Had a proper good session on the shoulders as we’d missed a week, and if I’m honest it felt like the first proper session since before Christmas. Was texting becca whilst in the gym joking about how much I love pumping iron in the gym, and for some reason it always puts a smile on my face pushing myself to the limits, and sometimes going beyond. Managed to do that last night. About 3 months ago, I tried to lift similar to what John was lifting on this one machine, but couldn’t even lift it a bit. Slowly we’ve been increasing to the next level, and last night I managed to get through 8 reps without really struggling, so I was very impressed Did a quick stomach session, and upon leaving the gym it felt like my stomach muscles had been turned inside out, and knotted themselves in the process! It’s all good tho haha
From the gym I decided to nip into Tesco for some bread, and more importantly Milk, so I could start on the protein shakes again, cos John said the plan was to bulk up over the next 3/4 months, and then over the summer do more reps with less weight to keep it steady during the summer months. Got some proper funny looks from people in Tesco, as I was walking round in my new vest top I think the men wanted to be me, and the women wanted to be with me

Got home, and didnt feel tired, so watched one of the best episodes of RAW for a while, whilst chatting to Lucy some more! Turns out I took the wrong career choice, cos she wanted me to go round and fix her SKY. Tell you what Lucy… I’ll go on a course to become a SKY technician just for you shall I? 
Tonight I’m gonna go to football I think, and then spend the rest of the evening over at my mothers, as my dad’s over in Long Beach or where-ever at a show! As long as he gets me a new IPOD I aint too fussed where he is
