Chatting to my mate Jeff last night, and he told me that one of his mates (who’s geekier than him) and he’s managed to put a dvd screen in his toaster of all things

Anyway.. random things aside, yesterday at work was like any other! Pretty much the calm before the storm, due to the fact once Maddsy pulls his fat finger out, and gets things sorted, we’ll have a hell of a lot to do! The overtime will come in handy tho! Chatted to Kerry on msn for a bit, and chatted about the forthcoming saturday night at the wedding reception and who was on about going into town afterwards and that. Specially in time for a piss up round Derby with Ant, Lee and I’m sure we’ll get some more folks out. Spoke to our Owen again last night, and as soon as he said hello to me, he said he wanted to speak to grandad But in the end we had a nice little chat about how he was watching Joey or something on telly, and he was at daddy’s house playing with his cars 
Messed about on the web for a bit, before heading over to the gym for a quick session on the back, and more random exercises on the gym ball Stepped it up with the weights again last night, and on one or two machines I’m catching up with the weight john is lifting So when i step up, he seems to step up ha ha ha! Got home from the gym, feeling nice and alive, had protein shake, and then chatted to a few folks online, before laying on the settee and watching Late Night Raw. It was mint! Stone Cold had come back, and stunnered Santino Marella, then covered him in beer Was really tired, so missed the last match of the night. Well it’s not just gone dinner, and Geoffrey is off till a week on monday
Decided I really need to cut down on the amount of coffee I drink in a day, as I’m contributing that among other things as the reason why I cant get to sleep again, and even if I have a good few hours kip, I still feel awfull
