Oct 31

So Monday morning came, and Zoe turned up just before 9. For some reason Geoffrey thought he was in charge, and said as soon as she got upstairs, he wanted to have a few minutes with her to “tell her how we do things” (more like how he WANTS things done *rollseyes*) Anyway Dee showed Zoe round again, and made her feel welcome, and then Dee and Carol came up with the idea that Zoe spend a morning down in the factory and cutting out room, to see how the marquees are made up, cos whats the point of quoting something that you know nothing about :? This seemed to get on Geoffreys goat, and by 10am he was literally climbing up the wall, wanting to know what the hell Dee was doing with Zoe, as he was expecting her upstairs no latter than 10 past 9  By 11 he seemed very frustrated, and started telling me that Craig had given me a plan of action, bla bla bla, Craig wanted it all going through first thing etc etc. Little did he know that about 9:15 I’d rung Maddsy, to mention the idea of Zoe having the morning downstairs, and he said It made perfect sense. So once I’d let Geoffrey boil to the right temperatute, I simply said “She’s down with Carol and Al, It’s all got Maddsy’s blessing, as he said she may as well get some idea of how the marquees work and things. To which his tone suddenly changed to “Oh… Well as long as Craig is fully aware of what is going off”

The morning had gone by quite quickly tbh, mainly helped by Geoffrey being on one, cos things were not going the way he wanted them to. Zoe came up after dinner and I slowly introduced her into where certain things were saved, and thought rather than me getting addresses from the internet for the next database, I let Zoe have a look round the site in question getting addresses and things. Over the last 2 days, she seems to have picked quite a bit up, and is currently a lot further than I was after about 3 weeks under the control of Dave (this paragraph is more for Maddsy than anything else  )

I have now nicknamed Mark “Ray Mears” After learning that to save face over in China he ate 1 or 2 bugs. In typical fashion Maddsy shit out as usual  This even prompted Carol to bring some rubber insects into work to give Mark for his dinner along with his boiled eggs ha ha ha

Went to the gym Monday night after chatting to one or two folks on line, and having the legend that is Meatball come visit me.  He told me him and Lee came to visit me saturday, but as in the previous blog, I was busy in Manchester watching the football. Me and John decided it was time to “Step it up to the next level” And I certainly managed that, and everything was going great! Adding extra weights compared to last week, and I seemed to be getting through the reps ok. Then when we got to the cables, my left shoulder started to ache, so i didnt push it as much. Got home and went to lean on my arm whilst watching telly in bed, and my arm immediately gave way from under me! Always a good sign that the session that night in the gym had been a good one, so I thought nothing of it. That is until about 4 tuesday morning… I woke up with quite bad pain in my shoulder, almost as if someone had stabbed me! I became quite distressed as you can imagine first thing in the morning, and found I couldnt get back to sleep, so laid in bed watching stupid early morning telly

Thought that Maddsy would be in for the day Tuesday, but instead Mark decided to use him as a delivery driver, and he had to go down to Slough of all places to basically drop a few things off  Once he was back, he was quick to tell stories of his weekend in Blackpool with the kids and how Jessica’s dancing went. It cant be that hard for Jessica to learn how to dance, when he father prances about work like a fairy all day, so that must be where she gets her dancing genes from :p

The shoulder continued to give me grief all-through the day, and despite one or two people showing concern in my going to the gym again, I went in a nice relaxing bath when I got home from work, and put some deep relief muscle rub on my shoulder once i’d got out. Turns out we went to the gym for 8 cos thats when Caz wanted to go, but once she’d had her tea and a quick nap, she couldnt be bothered to go! So this had John in a mood  Cos he prefers to go straight from work and that. So i’m hereby annoyed with Carolyn too ha ha! The session didnt go too bad, and altho I didnt push myself like the night before, we still stepped it up a level, and added more weights on than the last shoulder session, so it’s all coming on just nicely folks :D

Nipped over to my mum and dads for an hour after the gym, cos my dad was wondering if he was ever gonna get my D600, which works with his car via bluetooth, when his current phone wont. Nice to see my mother complimenting me for once, saying that the gym seems to be working, as the muscles are starting to look bigger :D Ended up watching Spooks whilst I was there, and it brought it all back to me how much me and a certain someone used to love watching this show! Once i’d had finished, and I’d had enough of eating the food at my mum and dads, I made my way home so I could watch next weeks episode on BBC3 hahaha - Note for Mr Kirk… If you find any Spooks Boxsets… you know what to do
Roll on dinner time when I can go and pick up my parcel from the post office in Forest Town! Been running low on my Whey shake, so i decided to order some Maximuscle stuff, as it was on offer in this email that I received. Suppose I’ll give this a try :D

Thats your lot for now! :D

Oct 29

Work was dead Friday. Karl had some bad news, so went home (not looking himself at all) and by 3 o’clock there were very few of us left in the building at all! By 5 me and Crit had had enough, and decided to bugger off home, as there was no point sitting around doing nothing for another half an hour. So on the way home I bought myself a good few bottles of beer, and decided to make a night of it in front of the telly, waiting for the highlight of the nights telly…. REBUS! I love programs like this and Taggart

Was left signed into MSN throughout the night, and whilst sat on the settee, noticed a someone trying to talk to me. Turned out to be Nemma, so had a chat with her, and we seemed to have the same idea! We were just waiting for Rebus to start. Only problem being I was that knackered that I found myself thinking about watching it in bed… Bad idea! I watched the first half hour, then turned it off! So Nemma… What happened in the end? ha ha

Found myself awake at 7:30 saturday morning, still feeling knackered, so jumped into a nice hot bath, and listened to Radio One for a bit, before deciding to get ready, and check and double check that I had the tickets in my wallet, and that my wallet was in my back pocket safe as always. After a bit of a play with the Sat-Nav, putting in the postcode for the Old Trafford Cricket ground, which according to Mr Maddox, was the best and safest place to park, and cost £6 for the day. Also thought it was a good idea to put Phil and Helens address in, as the last time i’d been over that was was New Years Eve, so thought i’d better put it in rather than getting lost. I was like a little kid waiting for christmas, watching the clock.

Got to Phil and Helens in good time, and the first thing Phil told me was that we were “Going to Manchester to look at a car” Nipped into Macdonalds on our way for some breakfast, and It took about 10 minutes for them to sort it out *rollseyes* but wasn’t long before we were on our way. For some stupid reason I took a wrong turn up the M18  And tried to blame it on Phil. God knows why I thought it’d be a good idea, but I did :?

Wasnt long and we were back on the M1 heading north. Before we knew it we were on the edge of the Peak District, and then there was “Nothing”. Phil then decided it’d be a good idea to document our trip with random photos of “Nothing”

Nothing… and a wall!!

The Lorry we’d end up following for 15 miles.. More scenery

Phil seemed to take great pleasure in telling Helen that we’d been following this lorry for miles, surrounded by bugger all, but he’s seen a little river that turned into a little reservoir  Wasn’t long before we reached civilisation again, and annoyed one or two motorists by taking the wrong lane, then wanting to cut them up ha ha! Managed to find the Old Trafford cricket ground easily enough, and Phil paid for the parking, and had a wander down past the Kelloggs building, and started to follow the small crowd that was heading down this one street.

Cricket Ground… Kelloggs building

Once heading down the street, you could just see the side of one of the stands, and it does look quite majestic if i’m honest. It’s a bit like St Jame’s Park where you walk round a corner, and it’s there in your face  After ringing Maddsy to find out where the nearest cash machine was, he directed us to one that was about 10 yards away from where we were ha ha! Only to find it charged us £1.50  After that we went into the Infamous Trafford pub. Rather than get asked for ID, we got asked for our match day tickets, and I took pleasure in being Mr Taylor for the afternoon  (slightly more believable than me trying to be Mr Maddox :ROFL) Had a pint in there, and were amazed at the Foster quick pour system they had! It was pouring pints in about 5 seconds. Wasn’t the nicest beer we’d ever had tho. At this point we went over to the Man Utd megastore, where I conned Maddsy and Phil into thinking I was gonna buy a Man Utd shirt ha ha ha! Even if i’d contemplated it £57 for a shirt with Ronaldo on did not make good sense. Even with the 10/15 % I could have gotten off with the season ticket!!

Few pics of the East Stand

After a cheeseburger, we decided to make our way to our seats. After being frisked by two skinny-ass “security” men, we got in after “wafting” the season tickets at the scanner. Found our seats easily enough, and took time to admire the view in front of us!

After a taking in the quality of the stadium I went to get a coke, and was served by what I consider the most eager macdonalds worker ever! OK he dont work for Macdonalds, but he seemed like a right eager beaver! Wasn’t long before the teams started to come out for their warm-ups and we both wanted to see Ronaldo / Rooney / Tevez doing their own little warm-ups with the ball. Whilst warming up the other goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer smashed one over the bar, that hit this bloke straight in the knackers. He really wasnt expecting to come through the tunnel type thing into the stadium to be met by a flying football

One thing that bamboozled both me and Phil was where the hell the sprinklers come from! Originally we thought they can from these lines across the pitch that looked like pipelines, hidden under the grass and top soil, but they didn’t! So if anyone can help, answers in a comment please ha ha. The game was amazing, and I think the Boro fans helped make the atmosphere. They never stopped singing all game, and seemed to annoy some of the Man Utd “locals” by singing “We support our local team” OUCH!! Some good goals were scored, and I’m impressed with the football I saw.

Got out the ground on the final whistle, and made our way back to the car. Looking at the sort of queue we would have to battle, we decided to have another cheeseburger, and sat in the car, whilst Phil ate his packed lunch Helen made him :D Took us the best part of an hour to venture anywhere tbh. And before we knew it, it was pitch black, and we were crossing through the Peak District again. Phil was visibily bored, and started taking random photos of this and that ha ha.

Nice Porka pulled up alongside us… One of Phils attempts at getting a photo of the Moon :?

Managed to get home about 8ish and spoke to Maddsy, who was still in a delightful mood, as Jessica had come 3rd in the National Dancing competition she was in up in Blackpool so CONGRATULATIONS JESSICA :D Then after that I chilled with a few beers, watching Click on Sky Premier, followed by Match of the Day. Turns out to have been a rather Shite day to be a Geordie yet again! What on paper should have been atleast a point if not 3 against a struggling Reading side, turned out to be a defeat :( Better news for the Stags! Who are nor undefeated in 3 games, and are off the bottom of the league! Made sweeter by the fact Lincoln are now joint bottom

Woke up earlyish sunday morning, made worse by the fact I had an hour less sleep!! Grrrr Sat on the settee chilling, and also messing about on the internet and that, adding a few more friends on facebook sort of thing. Was gonna go over to my mum and dads for dinner, but as she didnt reply to my text sat night, I decided against it, so wandered over to the shop and got myself some Milk, Bread and a few other essentials, and sat down and had a really lazy day. Which included watching the Bolton vs Villa game, and the first half of the Liverpool vs Arsenal game.  Didnt watch the second half, cos I was too excited about watching the NFL from Wembley, between Miami Dolphins and New York Giants.  Altho I was not impressed with the state they left the hallowed Wembley turf in   I have always liked American Football, but the one thing that annoys me is the way it takes about 3 hours to play a game of 60 minutes

Once New York had won 13-10 I put Top Gear on, and couldnt help but chuckle at some of the stuff they were doing,  Particually Jeremy Clarkson driving round the BBC Studio.

Now at work, and Geoffrey is getting annoyed, because Zoe is downstairs with Carol, learning how our marquees work, and it wasn’t till I mentioned that I’d spoken to Maddsy this morning, and it was with his blessing that its happening, that he suddenly changed his attitude, and said “Oh right, well aslong as Craig is aware whats going on”

Well chatting to DJB again yesterday, It turns out his Wii, after a month of bing in transit, arrived and got through Cypriot customs on th 23rd, and has been told it SHOULD be in Paphos post office for him to collect by today. So he’s gonna go round with every single piece of documentation possible, and will even stage a sit-in at the post office if it’ll help him get his console.  Anyway he sent me one or two pics from Paphos, and joked that you cant get a view like the one from the KFC window over there….

Lovely view, shame about the food…

Another nice view…

Also he sent me this photo that his mate took a while back during some thunder storms.  I think this is once amazing piece of photography, thus it’s now my desktop image on my work computer

9 Bolts of lightning at once

I really wanna go over and visit Cyprus, and have a few beers with DJB, as he seems to provide me with numerous random stories that keep me chuckling to myself for ages

Yesterday Me and the boy Maddox sorted some things that Zoe (My assistant) can be getting on with, atleast until Maddsy gets back on Tuesday.  Other than that not a deal happened at work to be fair! Last night I was asked to the Rushley with Fee, but had my heart set on a night of chilling in the bath, and watching a few movies.  Decided to watch Next Friday, and I still find that film amusing even tho i’ve seen it a few times now, and then put Sky Modern on, to find the original Terminator film on :D And after that Rocky 4 was due to be on! Result :D

Ended up having a chat with Kay, Lizzie and Jeff, with a brief catch-up with Lee thrown in for good measure, which reminds me… get any pictures of the rude boy Navy Seals mate?? ha ha ha.  Am currently undecided what to do with my hair, so have asked one or two people for their comments, and will basically see what my hairdresser recommends! ha ha!

Tonight i’m gonna nip out in the car, and told Jeff to text me and i’d come and pick him up and we’d go for a beer or sommat.  Then i’ll give the car a bit of a tidy ready for my random trip to Old Trafford tomorrow :D

Whilst writing this DJB has confirmed he’s got his Wii! BUT…

haha i am a ledgend… through the whole deciding to get an American wii due to the games being cheaper the console being cheaper etc etc and with nothing major on the net talking about voltages etc.., i assumed it was all cool. Go to plug it in american plug which triggers the fact that yes i did in fact buy from america, then turn adapter over expecting/hoping to see 110v/240v…. nope.. 110v… hmm so quick net research shows u can buy switching adapters for a tenner.  Fuck it will plug it in anyway.. without connecting to the wii…. instantly POP.. The whole net cafe trips out LOL

Well he’s finding it amusing anyway

Not very original… but made me chuckle non-the-less

1: Under no circumstances may two men share an umbrella.

2: It is OK for a man to cry ONLY under the following circumstances:
a) When a heroic dog dies to save its master.
b) The moment Angelina Jolie starts unbuttoning her blouse.
c) After wrecking your boss’s car.

e) When she is using her teeth.

However, complain at will if the temperature is unsuitable.

In fact, even remembering your buddy’s birthday is strictly optional. At that point, you must celebrate at a strip bar of the birthday boy’s choice.

8: On a road trip, the strongest bladder determines pit stops, not the weakest.

9: When stumbling upon other guys watching a sporting event, you may ask the score of the game in progress, but you may never ask who’s playing.

10: It is permissible to drink a fruity alcoholic drink… only when you’re sunning on a tropical beach… and it’s delivered by a topless model…

19: Phrases that may NOT be uttered to another man while lifting

a) Yeah, Baby, Push it!
b) C’mon, give me one more! Harder!
c) Another set, and we can hit the showers!

21: Never allow a telephone conversation with a woman to go on longer than you are able to have s#x with her. Keep a stopwatch by the phone. Hang up if necessary.

22: The morning after you and a girl who was formerly “just a friend”
have
carnal, drunken monkey s#x, the fact that you’re feeling weird and guilty is no reason for you not to nail each other again before the discussion occurs about what a big mistake it was.

23: It is acceptable for you to drive her car. It is not acceptable for her to drive yours.

24: Thou shalt not buy a car in the colours of brown, pink, lime green, or orange.

25: The girl who replies to the question “What do you want for Christmas?”
with “If you loved me, you’d know what I want!” gets an Xbox. End of story.

26: There is no reason for guys to watch Ice Skating or Men’s Gymnastics.
Ever.

We hope this clears up any confusion.

Lost in Transit…

Even tho I have never actually met DJB, Not that either of us remember anyway, I seem to have a good friendship with the lad, and we seem to have a joke about on the net and on google talk. Yesterday it took him the best part of a day to format and re-install windows onto a laptop  (Even tho he is one of them geeky techno-types… altho he’s a developer not a designer as he’s told me before ha ha). Anyway… Back in march he did a blog post, talking about how much he wanted a Nintendo Wii, and how great he thought they were LINK. Anyway a good few weeks back he ordered one from the states or something, and it seemed to take an age to update the tracking info. Anyway after about 2 weeks, he found out it was in Amsterdam, and I joked that it was doing touristy things, like visiting the Red Light district, and to make sure he cleans his Wii when it arrives, for want of some disease  Anyway thats the last he’s heard of it! The bloke at the other end has promised to refund him, but I still find it amusing, and I think Dave is slowly seeing it that way too

Reading this article on the BBC website LINK and its basically talking about evolution, and how they think in 100,000 years the human race will be split into two. You’ll have the “upper-Class” and the “Gollums” So basically your blood-line will follow either the path of me, the refined gentleman, or the path of Maddsy, the knuckle-dragging heathen :D

I was in charge of data-input yesterday at work! Maddsy wanted all these price lists entering up, so I did that, and then he changed them dramatically! So basically he was too bone-idle to enter the data himself, and used me to do so *rollseyes* Gave me something to do tho

Found out John wasnt going to the gym last night, so decided to have a long soak in the bath, accompanied with a few beers, and then watch the Celtic match! The Jekyll and Hyde of the Champions league ha ha ha! Thay have lost only 1 game out of 14 at home in the Champions League, and drawn 3. Yet away from home it’s a different story! Only 1 draw in 15 games now and no clean sheet *shock* Thought they’d done it last night, after getting VERY lucky on a few occassions, including post and bar being struck, but 4 minutes from what would have been a great 0-0…. they concede a goal! Seems Liverpool did equally as well last night ha ha ha! Poor Stevie G! First substituted in the Mersyside Derby cos he was “playing with too much passion” and now losing 2-1 to Besiktas   Then after the Celtic match I watched the Dave Channel, and sat laughing at an episode or two of Bottom, and then 2 Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps   Gotta love them programs.
Completely forgot that I’d kinda arranged to meet Lizzie down at ED, and apologised when she text me to say she was out, and had my DVD’s only for me to be in the house having had 2 or 3 bottles of beer  Sorry again mate!

Tomorrow is gonna be another really quiet day tbh! Maddsy will be up in Blackpool cos Jessica is in a national competition or something for her dancing, so hope to have a photo or two sent down of her in her dress, which i’ve been told looks amazing :D He’s up there on monday too, when my new assistant Zoe starts, so this afternoon we’ve gotta go through and sort out somethings we can get her to do to help ease her into her first day in the office! I have no doubt that she’s dreading it, cos we kinda told her a few stories, and made Geoffrey seem like some sort of Ogre  Maybe Lee could back that up after his first impression :D

Really looking forward to saturday now! First visit to Old Trafford which only really leaves a visit to Celtic on my football grounds to visit, which so far has in the past includes, Villa Park, Anfield, St James’ Park, Leicester (Filbert Street and also Walkers Stadium), Wembley (Old numerous times and New) The Mighty Field Mill, Shitty Ground Nottingham, and Counties ground, Peterborough but to name a few

I’m busy waiting in anticipation to see wether Mr Kirk managed to get through his antics last night without breaking his back again  He said he was contemplating doing the “Double Flip onto the Barbie Lilo” And knowing him, once he;s had some road kill on the BBQ and some ale, either him or his partner in crime “Stuntman Graham” will have attempted it or died trying! ha ha ha

WOW! Reading the Chad online and came across this little news story…

RAVENSHEAD team Kirk Motorsport are celebrating victory in the British Drag Racing Championships finals at Santa Pod Raceway in Bedfordshire.
Kirk Motorsport were searching for their first national championship win and driver Andy Kirk, in his 8,500cc, 1200 horsepower 1967 Chevrolet Camaro, went into the final meeting just 300 points in the lead. But Andy, a keen Stags fan (his MTFC bage in the back window of the race car is thought to be the fastest Mansfield Town badge in the world!) emerged victorious.

He has been involved in the sport for over 25 years, was delighted with his win and can’t wait for 2008, during which he will attempt to defend his title.

“It’s a great feeling to be crowned champion at last” said Andy.

“In a sport such as drag racing, where races are won and lost over a thousandth of a second, the car, driver and the whole team have to be working as one.

“This year we have really stepped up the pace with runs of 184mph in just 7.6 seconds (0-60 in 0.9 seconds).

“I would like to thank my team, wife Barbara, son Lee, daughters Gemma and Charlotte and ace crew men Al Smith and Jay Patterson, not forgetting all our great supporters.

“This championship could not have been won without all of you.”

Kirk Motorsport now turn their attention to next season and a title defence,

He added: “At present we face racing next year without any financial assistance, so if there is anyone out their who would like to get involved in the fastest motorsport on earth, whilst at the same time supporting a local team, please get in touch on kirk.family@btconnect.com we would be delighted to discuss involvement on any level.”

Congrats to the Kirk family again :D

Flaming Heck!!

My god! Anyone know any sexy masseuse’s in the Mansfield are, who’s free tonight?? Jesus I am aching like hell this morning!

Yesterday was pretty much like most others at work atm! Quiet and its a case of looking for the odd thing to do to help someone else and things, unless you’re the sit on your arse type, then you just sit there nodding off, moaning, coughing and passing wind  Anyway enough about Maddsy and Geoffrey ha ha ha! I think I may have got Maddsy into Prison Break! He’s decided that he wants all my Prison Break, so he can start watching it and make his own mind up! :D
I chatted to DJB for a bit, and he was chuckling about one of the comments he’d read in my Firefox vs IE thread a few blogs back! And we both actually agreed that Safari is by far the better browser :D He was also directing me to bits in the theme editor, so I can get rid of the borders around the smilies, and also change one or two colours. Think I may have another chat with him soon, and start changing a few more colours on the blog.

Upon leaving work I left moments before Maddsy and once i’d turned the corner he was on the phone, saying my car was spitting flames and may be over fuelling! Thats something I think I need to sort out!!
Was originally due to go to the gym at 8ish, but once again John changed what time he wanted to go from 8 to 6:15  And we went to Peak Physique instead. Managed to blast through the shoulders workout, and did some rather painful stomach exercises! Seems it’s gonna take a bit to get to the shape I was 4 years ago! Damn the relationship years of eating out and take-aways  Even tho i’m aching like hell I am feeling better in myself, and am beginning to notice the difference a good 6 months can do in the gym! :) No idea if anyone else has noticed :?

Me and Wendy have been on about her bringing her hair-straightners in to try and sort my hair out, as I cant make it again this weekend, due to going up to Old Trafford! I joked with John about using Hair-straightners in the gym, and he said he never thought he’d see the day! Well I will admit that it wont be the first time it’s been straightened! (Cue gay comments from Feeyonah and Mr Kirk  ) In fact it wont be the 2nd or 3rd ROFL!!

Got home and decided to put the Man Utd game on, with no sound, so I could watch Prison Break! Another amazing episode, and I really dont know whats gonna happen next! It’s left me hanging once more waiting for next week  Once I found out Arsenal were playing someone with a back 4 similiar to Rachells, I decided to put that on! 6-0 up after about 58 minutes, left me with half an hour of dreamy football to watch, only for me to see 1 goal in the last minute *rollseyes* Always bloody happens!

*edit* I forgot to add that last night I was pretending to be Bob the Builder  Our Lewi rang, and by the time I answered the phone our Owen was on the other end.  He kept mentioning Bertie the Bus, and he wanted to speak to Bob.  So once I heard our Lewi tell him it was Bob, I decided to play along.  He sounded quite impressed

Oct 23

Oh what can it mean… to a Tottenham supporter and a… SHIT FOOTBALL TEAM  More later.

Yesterday at work was mundane to say the least! With his royal highness back from the shores of Hong Kong, telling stories of how he hooked up with a few Russian Virgin Lady boys or sommat :? (Whatever floats his boat I suppose, WE MUST NOT JUDGE HIM FOR IT THO!!) and being in restaurants with crocodiles having their head chopped off. Other than that not a great deal happened tbh.

Stevie was waiting for Maddsy outside after work, and as he was on the phone, I stood and had a bit of a chat with her about this and that, whilst pulling faces and waving at my mate Kieran who’d just woken up in the back of the Merc :D find it very rare that me and Stevie actually have a proper chat! Cos we’re both normally looking after the kids  She;s normally sorting Craig out, and I have the other 3 chasing me round the house ha ha

Luckily for me, John text me earlier in the day saying 6.15 at the gym! This was the time I wanted to go, cos it meant I’d be home in time for the Newcastle vs Spurs game :D Had another good session, and we thought it was time i stepped up the weights a bit, altho it felt like i’d tweeked something my shoulder! Carried on non-the-less, and then halfway through doing the stomach exercises I get my brother on the phone, saying he had someone who wanted to talk to me! Told him i’d ring him back in 10.

Anyway got out to the car, and thought I’d best try and ring my nephew back, only to find out that he didnt wanna talk to Mikey now! But once Lewi said Mikey was crying cos Owen wouldnt speak to me, I soon heard him say “OK I speak to Mikey then!” I managed to get out of him that he was fixing things, and wanted a brush or something! Cant remember what else he was saying, altho it’s great speaking to him on the phone

Earned myself another few Tesco Clubcard points on the way home, via getting some milk for my “Power-Shake” ha ha ha, and then got home just in time for the start of the football. I’m always really nervous when newcastle are on telly, due to our leaky defence that has spanned the best part of 15 years, since the highly entertaining cavalier style football played under King Kev :D But under Big Sam we seem to have a whole new back 4, and they all seem solid, dependable and no-nonsense type players! Anyway we ended up winning the game 3-1 and I was really chuffed! Cos this has been our best start to a premiership season for a long time, and we’re now sat in 8th place a point behind “The mighty” Chelsea (and oh how the mighty appear to have fallen) and COULD if results go the right way we could be 4th  Something I dont for one minute imagine we’ll finish, but anywhere in a european place will be fine by me!

Got up this morning, and now my shoulder is aching like fuck! Not impressed one bit
