So thats 7 wins on the bounce for the first time since Kevin Keegans first stint as a manager. We’re now sitting at the top of the league 7 points clear of West Brom, and 12 clear of 3rd and 4th place Cardiff and Forest. I’ve not been happier about following my team since them days when we were in the Champions League under Bobby Robson. The latest 3 points coming away at Coventry. For some reason I was half expecting us to slip up in a game like this, but with Shola Ameobi marking his return with a goal almost bang on half time I felt a little better. I was so very happy when I Nile Ranger found the net for his first senior goal! Lets hope he can get a few games over this very busy festive period and start to score a few more goals. Glad to have Ameobi back (I’ll admit for the past few years I never though I would be saying that) as we seem to have been relying on Kevin Nolan a little too much, but 2 goals the other weekend for Marlon and Lovenkrands getting a couple in 2 games seems like our strikers are finding the net a bit more, just as the defence which has been comical to say the least since the “cavalier football” days of Kevin Keegan has now kept 11 clean sheets in the league and have only conceded 10 goals in their openning 20 Championship games! Long may this new and improved defence last (watch us concede 5 this weekend or something
) Hopefully by the New Year we can have a stranglehold on this Championship Barnsley away next which will be difficult as they’ve become a good side under Mark Robbins lately.
Back on the Nytol, so fingers crossed that it will help me start to get my sleeping pattern back. This last week or two I’ve found myself waking up at 1am, 3am and 5am, and seem to just nod off rather than having a proper sleep
Here’s hoping.

Hope the nytol kick in soon, its not good when ur sleepy all the time. Something i know well since im a night owl lol xxx
