Yes that’s right! Someone got me on Farm Town on Facebook and I’m now bloody addicted to it, and whats best is i’ve got CarolAnne addicted to it too haha! I am lways checking my crops to make sure I harvest them in time  Oh dear how interesting my life has become!!!  Sorry to me regular readers who expect more updates than I’ve posted, Let me tell you that CarolAnne has been hassling me to get this updated for days.  Think it comes down to John being on holiday so I’ve not been to the gym, thus I’ve become rather lazy in these last 2 weeks.  Oh well he should be back this weekend, altho I’m sure he said he’s back for a week, then off again for a week hmmm!  Looking back to the new routine we were on about once he’s back from his jollies, that is for sure

I’ve not done a great deal apart from a bit of running about at work in the vans since Al has messed his back up, and is thus on enforced holidays! He don’t seem to learn and keeps pushing himself.  I was enthralled at a program that came on last week, called Big, Bigger and Biggest, and they were discussing the programs made in tunnels.  Starting with one under the River Thames, and ending with the one under construction under the Alps called The Gotthard Base Tunnel (I do like geeky programs like this haha!)

I’m having the urge to try and save up £1,500 so I can go on a Caribbean Cruise! I’ve wanted to go on one for ages, but this weekend round at my mum and dads watching Sky 3 amde me want to go on one even more!! If only I could just bugger off for two weeks tho!  I can just picture me stood on a beach in Antigua looking out to sea! *Wakes up the the harsh reality that the closest he’s gonna get is the Cornish coast next year maybe  (In a geographical sense anyway)

Finally put pen to paper by signing on with the Cockle FC on Sunday mornings.  As much as I really did enjoy playing at R&K, I just felt I wanted something different, and I knew half the Cockle lads anyway, and John was bending my ear a little since he started playing for them, saying I should go join their back 4.  Hopefully I’ll get a better chance of scoring, rather than being about the only person in the team allowed forward for ANY attack through out the whole season!   Training these past few weeks has been rammed, and we’ve managed to fit about 10 a side on 1/3 of a football pitch.  My blisters are still playing up, and I’ve got some new astro-turf football trainers which should help a little.

It’s been a terrible summer so far, apart from one week, when it was red hot in the office, and it’s starting to get a bit sticky again, which is not good, unless I’m sat in a beer garden.  Had a laugh last night, when me, Bagi and Carla headed to Pizza hut for tea.  Being the lads we are, we decided against using the plates and cuttlery unlike Carla, and we just pigged out! The usual “Eyes bigger than Belly” syndrome kicked in bout half-way through our respective medium sized pizza’s thanks to the starters, so we all walked away with half a pizza!

Last off for now, Saw this video a while back, when Sir Bobby announced he didn’t have long to live, and the song in the background just gives me shivers down my spine.  Such an awesome track….
