Bizzare search terms

It’s been a while since I did one of these posts, and given it’s only a small 2.1% of my traffic I can see why.  Seems people will always get random hits to their websites, no matter who they are, with search terms that you’d never imagine!  I’ve had some disturbing search terms in the last 6 months which I’m not sure wether I should put up, for fear of more people finding this blog and being dissapointed haha!

  • www.youtube-mcdonalds sunderland-shagging behind mcdonalds – Ermmmm WHAT!!
  • wiggy’s manual tooth removal- HMMMMM
  • uk housewife blog- If you find any bored housewives blogs mate leave me a comment
  • traute soupulus frank maus- Who, What, Where, Why??
  • the feeling of heaven- Not had THAT feeling for quite some time!
  • buying marajuana in nottingham- Sure it’s readily available!
  • burntstump park dogging- I’ll admit it!! My past is catching up with me haha!
  • free videos jocks fuck step mums – WRONG just wrong!
  • getting laid in bratislava- It costs ….. ;) hehe
  • i want to find a woman to fuck in bratislava- Think there is a place called Bad Apple

Those are just a few of the random search terms that have led people here! Also some one was looking for “Stef in Rainworth” Wonder if the person meant my brother hmmmm!

Good laugh tonight

Been for a curry night in the local Wetherspoons tonight with Bagi and Wayniac, and had a right good laugh. Wayniac being the handy man he is, means he’s on about coming to install my shower, and sort out the kitchen lights that have not worked since i used the stupid shower thing that covers your taps, and pretty much flooded the place  Had a few beers tonight which is always good, and sorted out a few nights out round Chesterfield and Mansfield. Thanks to Wayniacs bette half Emily for the lift home, as it decided to bucket it down whilst we were out tonight boooo.

Finally got round to taking my earing out for the first time tonight, and it’s a little sore after putting a temp one in that I bought from TopMan, but hopefully it’ll be fine in the morning :)

Possible holiday destination?

Was doing a bit of news reading online (as you do) and came across this news article (below) that got me thinking about heading over to Berlin and partaking in a bit of a cycling sight-seeing tour! :D   I’ve been to Munich and had lots of fun in a few bavarian bräuhaus’s including the famous Hofbräuhaus, during a rather random weekend trip to Oktoberfest (I really really wanna go again!), so maybe a trip to a few German cities is in order ;)

A Berlin brothel has come up with a novel way to negate the impact of the global economic crisis and target a new group of customers at the same time — offering a discount to patrons who arrive on bicycles.

“The recession has hit our industry hard,” said Thomas Goetz, owner of the “Maison d’envie” brothel.

“Obviously we hope that the discount will attract more people,” he added. “It’s good for business, it’s good for the environment — and it’s good for the girls.”

Customers who arrive on bicycle or who can prove they took public transportation get a 5-euro (4 pounds) discount from the usual 70-euro ($100) fee for 45 minute sessions, Goetz told Reuters. He said the environmentally friendly offer was working.

“We have around 3-5 new customers coming in daily to take advantage of the discount,” he said, adding the green rebate has helped alleviate traffic and parking congestion in the neighbourhood.

Story can be found on the REUTERS website.

It’s been a bit of a chilled week so far, with me not heading over to the gym, after having a painful shoulder.  No point in making it any worse, altho I did go training with John and the Cockle team Monday night @ Manor.  My mate Smithy was wanting to find a team to play for, and I got him to come down.  I’m always a bit edgy when reccomending something to someone, or asking them to come and play, but it turns out Smithy knows 2 or 3 of the players from being a year above him at school, and it looks like he’s wanting to sign next season.  My social calander is starting to bloom a little too haha! Can always tell when it’s summer cos thats the only time I ever come out and play. Thursday me, Bagi and Wayniac are gonna head to our local Wetherspoons to partake in a curry and a pint night, and then Saturday I’m heading into Chesterfield with a group of unknowns and Maddsy! Should be fun I suppose.  Trying to see if an old mate Nic is gonna come out, cos I aint seen her for the best part of a year!

I’m not normally one who laughs at anothers misfortune or ability to do certain things.  But this morning all me and Smash could do was laugh.  When asked what the best way to get a photo off his phone/memory card was, we gave him 2 easy enough options.  Buy a memory card reader from ASDA, about a minute up the road, or email it to his computer.  But no he wanted to search the office for a bluetooth dongle.  Then wondered why it wouldnt work straight away.  An hour later and much moaning and groaning he finally got it working

Ali G In Da House was on ITV the other day, and watching that has made me really wanna go and see Brüno.  It wasn’t till I pointed it out that Jean Girard is indeed Sacha Baron Cohen (a.k.a. Boart and Ali G) that he admitted to liking one of the films he’s in.  He guessed it was just some random french person!

How did England pull that one out?

Well what a nail-biting end to the first ashes test that was! England needing to bat all day, and doing their up-most to collapse like usual, managed to bat out the 3 sessions to take the most unlikely of draws!   Monty Panesar and Jimmy Anderson managed to last 11 overs scoring a few runs, which is unlike Monty to be fair! Lets hope some heads are bashed together, and some brainstorming is going on ahead of Thursday and the start of the 2nd test at the home of cricket @ Lords.

Music Monday – Shannon Noll with Shine

Had heard this song on an advert for the Ashes Cricket series over here in the UK on a TV channel, and then spent a frantic few hours trying to find what it was called.  I’ve found out, and so here it is :)

It’ll never happen near me

You read all these stories in the papers about teachers assaulting pupils or pupils assaulting teachers in America and other places around the world, but you never quite expect it to happen on your own doorstep! That’s what happened the other day, and little bits of the story are making their way out, that a student was taunting a teacher who struck out, and is now being questioned on attempted murder

A science teacher arrested over a serious assault on a pupil is now being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder

The teacher was arrested after the incident on Wednesday at All Saints’ Roman Catholic School in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.  He is also being questioned about alleged attacks on two other schoolchildren.

Read more on the Yahoo/Sky News article HERE.  Note this is a day or two old now.

There is one part of that article right at the bottom that has kinda really got to me.  I’ll admit Mansfield ain’t the nicest of places, but why they feel the need to put this…

The school is in a rundown area of Mansfield, with boarded-up houses lining the street around it

at the end of the story is beyond me.  People from Mansfield will know full well that the Brownlow Road is an area that could do with being knocked down due to the boarded up windows and its a well known druggie haven, but the other parts around the All Saints School are really not that bad.  I’m not saying this just cos my Grandma and Grandad live in the vicinity of the area, but I wouldn’t think twice bout buying a house round them parts.  It’s  a shame they’ve only noticed that one little eyesore of an area, and decided to tar the rest of Mansfield with that brush grrrrrr

Well thats my little rant over! Feeling very funky fresh this morning, given 4 days solid at the gym, including a 3 mile run this week, and a haircut which has left me feeling better bout things ! It’s amazing how something as small as a haircut can give you a little boost.  finishing the full active week with the usual Friday Night football.  Seems the Aussies are not gonna relenquish the Ashes without a fight after day 2 of the first test in Cardiff :(

Haircut time!

Well the physical intensity is defo there at the moment.  Me and John are both pushing ourselves pretty much to the limits at the minute in the gym, and it’s slowly paying off.  These last 2 weeks have been pretty gruelling, but this week tops the lot! We’ve managed to get through the back, chest and shoulders, and we’re going for a “light” session on the chest again tonight to kinda loosen up, as we’ve both been moaning like women that our triceps are sore from this and my back is aching like hell    Best news this week was the fact Laura could fit me in tonight at the hairdressers. It’s been 5 weeks since I last had it cut, and it’s like a thick wirey birds nest sat on top of my head! I was tempted to keep the top the same length and grow it a bit, but that would mean straightening it quite often, and I really am not up for that! Think I’ll have the back cut shorter, and a bit shorter on top too! Normally I give Claire or Laura free reign to cut it how they want!

Was a good day for England in the cricket yesterday, altho there were a few qickets that COULD or maybe should have been avoided like KP’s dismisal, but given he top scored I’ll spare him the flack that the british newspapers have been giving him (Well the English ones at that)  Let’s hope that the Aussies fall short of the 436 target and maybe bat again before being skittled our for an innings + defeat ;)

The Ashes start today

It’s finally here! 11am start G.M.T. and England continue their fierce rivalry with the Aussies for the Ashes.  COME ON ENGLAND!! LETS BATTER THE AUSSIES

The Ashes Urn - Picture from Guardian.co.uk

For those  of you who ain’t got a clue what it’s all about here is some info:

The Ashes is a Test cricket series, played between England and Australia. It is one of international cricket’s most celebrated rivalries and dates back to 1882. It is currently played biennially, alternately in England and Australia. However, since cricket is a summer game, the venues being in opposite hemispheres means the break between series alternates between 18 and 30 months. A series of “The Ashes” now comprises five Test matches, two innings per match, under the regular rules for international Test-match cricket. If a series is drawn then the country already holding the Ashes retains them.

The series is named after a satirical obituary published in an English newspaper, The Sporting Times, in 1882 after the match at The Oval in which Australia beat England on an English ground for the first time. The obituary stated that English cricket had died, and the body will be cremated and the ashes taken to Australia. The English media then dubbed the next English tour to Australia (1882–83) as the quest to regain The Ashes.

Another weekend been and gone

For a long time now I’ve been hiding away from a certain someone when it came to nights out.  This has meant I’ve missed 2 of Carolyn’s birthdays and numerous nights out with John and all them lot.  This weekend I just thought “F@#k It” and bit the bullet, thinking I can’t stay in forever knowing she’d be down Mansfield or something.  In the end a good night was had by all I think.

I am really gutted about one thing this weekend.  My dad’s old uni mate, and our Lewi’s Godfather, quite amusingly going by the same name, was coming up to Nottingham from his home down in Portsmouth or around that area.  We’d not seen him or his wife Theresa since about 1994 when we went on a holiday to the Isle of Wight, and we stayed with them for a night.  He came up for the 25th reunion at Nottingham University where the pair of them studied hard (Or so they told me)  The most annoying part, apart from not seeing Lewis this weekend, was the fact he came up in his completely rebuilt E-Type Jaguar! Ever since my dad mentioned he was doing this project I’ve wanted to see it or even sit in it, so imagine how jealous I was to be told my dad had been out in it!! Grrr meanwhile I was at football, and by the time I’d finished they were heading off out for a meal :(   Hoping that I can get in touch with him, and get him to email me loads of info about his car, and some pics.  He’s started another E-Type project according to my mum, so I’d love to be able to put some progress pictures up on here.  I’m very interested, not sure about any of my regular readers tho hmmmmm! What say you people?  As you can imagine I spent the rest of my Friday evening sulking with the telly on in the background whilst having a conversation or two online.
