Yeah thats right! It’s that warm in the office that any movement feels like too much movement.  I’m trying to sit as still as I can for fear of breaking out into a sweating mess haha! Also the fact I can hardly move given we trained the back last night, which was my first back session for about 3 months, so now my triceps and lats are in agony.  oh well Chest tonight and then a rest for a few days.  Was great to watch the season opener of CSI Miami last night, and realised that Horatio had faked his own death.

Seems the sale of my beloved Newcastle United is no-where near completion yet, given that Mike Ashley said he wanted us sold by the end of June.  There are meant to be 3 consortiums interested, including ex-chairman Freddy Shepherd (Who pretty much started the decline when he got rid of Sir Bobby) who’s reported to have put a bid in in the region of £60 million.

There are some hapless thieves out in this big wide world of ours.  I’ve never managed to come across them tho…

Helpful burglar takes picture of himself

In an impressive bid to make the police’s work easier, a burglar in the U.S. managed to accidentally take a picture of himself with his victim’s mobile phone while robbing their house.

A spokeswoman for the city of Suffolk, Virginia, said that authorities are now looking for the man captured in a photograph on the phone earlier this month.

The spokeswoman, Debbie George, said that it appeared the man had been trying to make a phone call while burgling the home, but managed to photograph himself in the process.

Been chatting to Dave (DJB31st) who’s been living over in Paphos, Cyprus now for some time.  It didn’t seem like that long ago that his partner was having baby Jack, but he’s now 14 months, and growing fast.  He’s shown me the latest pictures in his gallery.  We got chatting about Ayia Napa, and how it’s the other end of the island top him, and I never really looked too closely at a map, and upon openning Google Earth, realised that it’s quite close to Lebanon and Beirut! So if anything goes down there, Dave will have a great view of any planes going overhead haha!  I’d love to be able to buy a holiday home over there, and he does a lot of work for a few property sellers over there, so he sent me a link or two of pages he’s been developing, and so me being me, I had to see what the cheapest apartment was and all that, including asking Dave what the nightlifes like in Paphos compared to Napa in regards cost and things! Who knows after 3 years I may finally get to go and visit him
