So Monday went by with a laugh and joke as per usual. No real drama! Which is always a good thing John had text me asking if I was ready for some pain, to which I replied “I’ve had stomach cramps all night mate, what you get me doing in the gym will not be as painful as that” to which John then saw it as a challenge

Got home, and got changed ready for the gym, and made up a nice Vanilla Protein Shake ready, cos I had a feeling I’d be needing it. Got to the gym a bit early, and got chatting to Blaine, and tried to warm up as best I could, ready for our mission of pain!!! Had a great work-out and rather than drop the level a little, as we’d not been for best part of 2 weeks, we started from where we left off. Started hurting quite quickly, but we managed to blast our way through the set, altho my arms felt like jelly when it came to doing the dips at the end of the session

Someone who I’d not heard from for a week or two, and thus I thought was ignoring me, text me out of the blue asking me something, and me being the all round nice guy, I’ll more than likely go ahead and do it, and so we had a bit of a chat through the evening, specially whilst she was watching”The Grudge” and felt she’d be having major nightmares   Had a chat with Lucy, who wasn’t feeling herself, and felt she’d stressed herself out through uni work and things, so I chatted to her for most of the night trying to cheer her up and everything (I think it worked too )  Just before I was gonna head off to bed, DJB came on and said that Jack would be coming home the following day (i.e. Today – Tuesday) and that they were having a water shortage over in Cyprus, and we then got chatting about me going over there A-Team style and building desanilisation plants.  We decided that the british would manage to build them by the time the next ice age comes round, so I was gonna go to Shirebrook, and get together a few Polish people, and go and build Dave one! All we’d need was a garage, a few drain pipes, and a welding gun, and we’d have had the whole plant built in 3 hours, and piped into DJB’s house by the time Jack gets home   We do come up with some stupid ideas between us HAHAHA
