So Yesterday I struggled through the day, aching like hell Wishing i’d gone to the gym Tuesday night, as opposed to running round the house tidying up and everything! Cos i doubt i’d be feeling as bad as i did all Wednesday had i actually gone, altho on the other hand, my chest muscles would prob have snapped or something bizzare knowing me

Went upto asda at dinner and bought myself some Tuna & Sweetcorn Pasta Salad, and got ripped on by Maddsy all afternoon, saying I was gonna become some steroid freak bla bla bla, just because i’ve decided to take pride in my appearance, and wanna start to look good! Some people! I may stick a photo of Maddsy on the wall in the gym, thats motivation enough to take myself to the limits, and with my personal trainer getting on at me to do “Two more wiggy… come on” I’ll be in tip top shape before you know it

Got home and got changed, and then headed over to Ollies house for a bit, and Lee came over too, and we sat discussing cars and that, and looking on Piston Heads for a few DC2′s Then over to football! Decided to take this one a bit more serious than last week, and played the majority of the game at the back Marshalling my fellow defensive troops (Ant, Mini-Maddsy, and Alanman, with the odd Troy and German Barge thrown in for good measure) in a way John Terry would have been proud of! Was a tight first half, but 2nd ha;f we blew them away with cracking finishes from John, Teddy x 2, Maddsy with his cultured left foot, Cos the shooting on his right foot was garbage, and Smithy, and even Wiggy popped up with one near the end! Drilled shot right into the bottom corner, post and in Throw in the odd Wiggy header and Wiggy raking long balls to feet (ala Paul Scholes ) all in all 8-2 was a good night for the oldies

Went home and got changed and picked up a dvd for John, and went down to ED to meet the maxxd masses, and had a chat with a few people! Nice to see olstizzle down there, and finally met Wayniac, and had a bit of a chat in between me and Troy doing our Random “not ready yet” poses like on Soccer AM *Pic of Troy to follow*

*edit among some of the people i met was Lizzie for the first time! Had a few random conversations with her on msn, and good to put faces to names

So yesterday was spent basically trundling through, getting as much as I could done again like normal! But I felt shattered due to the lack of sleep monday night, and also the exertions at the Gym with John

After careful consideration, and speaking to 2 or 3 people in the know (i.e. Barrels and Lizzie the trainee Physio) I decided that it would be a bad idea to go to the gym last night, and push myself, cos i’m bordering on injuring myself! So told John this, and his reply was “OK you girl” I’ll show him when i’m good and ready *insert evil laughter*

Got home and had a major tidy up, including hoovering and general house tidying stuff, and collecting together loads of little bits of Bex’s that I’d found round the house, including a letter from the tax man! Never a good thing When she came round we had a nice chat, and for some reason i had butterflies before she came round but once we got chatting it was fine! Remembered that there were loads of shampoo products, and moisturising stuff in a bag that we’ds discarded into the wardrobe, when the original plan was to sell the house, so let her take what she wanted out of them, and also let her wipe me out of alcoholic products! Baring in mind i dont drink wine, and never have done, whats the point of me keeping the bottles we were bought when we moved in to the house So she took bout 6 or 7 bottles back with her! Bloody Alchie

Once she’d gone i sat on msn chatting to Lizzie again about all things random, and had Jeff send me another track he’d been working on in his bedroom studio, by the way Jeff… didnt get it through! For some reason transfer was cancelled

CSI Was good last night! With it being the first tuesday i’ve been in for a good few weeks, thoguht i’d chill and watch the newest episode of CSI Las Vegas! which has re-ignited my love for watching the show

Work wasnt too bad yesterday! No real gloating from Mark regards the FA Cup final, altho i think there was a little from Lee but i didnt have my lunch or 3 o’clock break with the riff-raff yesterday, so not too sure what was said

So far have managed to get the majority of this weeks artwork onto the mac sized up and ready to print! Which is a great achievement compared to last week, and also really got on Captain Air-Cons nerves! Just because he had a design & quote in the tray for 10 minutes that was a definite order, and Maddsy came over and told me he wanted his print sheets doing first, but from the other side of the room came “They’re not important.. my design & quote is” So then him and Maddsy had a bit of a conversation bout if i dont get them print sheets done, it holds everything up, then nothing will be going out on time, to which he got the reply “well once i get the order I am not bothered” So we thus proceeded to tel him that it WILL be his problem, when everyone rings HIM up asking why their marquee wasnt delivered on time or something

Later on he kept going on about something, so Maddsy said “Aint we had this conversation already this morning Geoffrey? This is just soooo Old News” To why the reply Was something along the lines of “You arrogant fucking arsehole bla bla bla bla bla” Had me and Maddsy in stitches

Home from work, and then straight out again after a quick change of clothes to go meet John at the gym! As I was signing a form, I heard someone shout “Wiggy what you doing here” now that was a voice i’d heard many a time on sunday morning, and it turned out I was right! It was our captain (well say captain i mean managers son LOL) Shaun! So got his and Howseys number and John went to work in basically Killing Wiggy! I think he took some sort of sick satisfaction seeing the veins popping out of the side of my head, and too great humour in the fact that I couldnt lift my arms above my head after a while BUT I thanked him for that, cos that was something I never really had every other time I went to the gym, someone to push me, so I actually benefit from going to the gym! Comes to something now that John is not only my personal shopper at Baronjon… he’s also become my personal trainer HAHAHA
Saw an old football mate in there that I was hoping would be in lol! Was great to see Bucko again after a few years, since I stopped playing for Kirkby Autocentre on saturdays when I decided to devote my saturday afternoons to someone else Had a bit of a catch up, and to say I thought he looked like a bloody machine before… he’s about twice the size now, an it’s pure muscle!!

Got Bex coming round tonight to pick some stuff up from the house, and she was gonna come round 6:45ish, but after i’d been to the gym with John, I decided that i’d not had enough punishment, and asked Bex if she could move it back an hour, so I can put myself through hell once again

Aching a bit now… so best start some work

So Sunday woke up after a pretty chilled saturday night, watching a few films like Waiting, Crash and then 4 Brothers (which is an awesome film ) and had a mess around on the internet, chatting to eightspammingbarrels via email and that, and watched some random wrestling programs on Sky Sports about Ric Flair when he was one of the Four Horsemen, who pretty much set the tone for the current crop of brotherhoods / gangs within the wrestling circle Sad I know.. but I’m currently getting used to having Sunday mornings off, and really looking forward to the pre-season training

Went over to my mums for dinner, Mmmmm nice Pork Chop dinner, and it turned out that everyone would be there, apart from stef, but more on him later Was good to see Owen running around, as i hadn’t seen him for a week or two! hehehe!

When i first got to my mum and dads, there was me and my mum in, so me being me, turned the kettle on and chilled in front of the tell! Saw Fun with Dick and Jane was on, but for some reason now, you have to put a pin number in to watch Sky movies! So got my mum to do that, then sat and watched the film! Lewi got there near the end and decided that he wanted to watch the play-off final for the conference between Morecombe and Exter, only to find that we couldnt change channel! It was stuck on Sky Movies Comedy or something! Lewi found this funny, and Heather told Owen to go and tell nandad that Mikey had broken the telly, to which he took great pleasure! One of these days i’ll get my revenge on them two!

Lewi asked if i wanted a drink, and as odd as i thought this was, I agreed to have a coffee, only to find he’d made it in a plastic beaker Which as soon as he handed over was red hot! And it tasted awful too! Last time i get him to make me a drink i think

Last night was spent with a few beers watching CSI

Got to work this morning at 7 again But managed to get so much artwork sorted out, and on the mac ready to print it’s untrue! I’ve now managed to get to almost the end of wednesdays artwork, and would do even better if it wasn’t for the moaning salesman

*edit* Forgot to add… tonight i’m gonna put myself forward for the punishment that is going to the gym with John! Meeting him in Kirkby bout 6ish tonight!! Odds are tomorrow i’ll be in too much pain to type a blog HAHAHA

Also just remembered… that I got a txt off pam sunday morning when on my way to my mums, saying she’d heard i’d lost all my numbers, and that she hoped I was well, and that Andy was hoping i’d go over and watch the foobtall with him next saturday afternoon! Said all being well, and if i’m done with the tattoo in time then i’d go over and watch the football! Then later in the afternoon I had a phone call off joe! Most bizzare! Wanting to know where the Angel pub is in Mansfield Woodhouse, and could i direct him!

Well I’m glad thats over!

Has to go down as one of the more boring FA Cup final games! Specially after watching the best part of 15 goals in 2 play-off games thursday and friday night! this one was a bit of an anti-climax to say the least!

The day started with alanman txting me saying he’s sorry but he forgot to sort out me going to sams for my tattoo, so we’ve sorted it for 11 next week! So I’ll be down LSOM I think with a sleeve-less t-shirt on

Went to the coffee shop to meet my mum, and my darling sister was there, so had a bit of a chat with her, went round to my mums to abuse our stef for a bit! He;s so easy to wind up it’s untrue! He wants a tattoo doing, so my mum thinks i should take him with me next week, so he can see how they do it! But me being the great brother I am, that lends one brother the odd bit of money, i;’ll buy our stef one Then that WILL be me in the bad books

Went over to meet Maddsy in Sutton, and parked up, and he came met me, then we decided to annoy Stevie, and she let us go to the pub early hehehe (Nice one bro) So got round to the pub with Dylan, won a fiver on the touch screen machine, and paid for dylan to have a few games on there. Maddsy started baiting Mark with a few txt messages once the game kicked off, and for some reason I spent most of the game watching my mate Kieran! Cos for some reason him and Stevie took it in turns to have a fag

During the extra-time Maddsy started to get Jessica and her mate to clap and shout “united” so i turned round and said in the style of the John Smiths adverts… “You’re barred” so then Jessicas mate decided to start singing that! Kids hey HAHAHA

Maddsy was mortally wounded at the final whistle, and we got outside and a half-cut Maddsy was greeted with Kids shouting “You’re not singing anymore”

Today always brings a big smile to my face… but also gives me a sad feeling

FA CUP FINAL DAY!! Woooooo.

And today its the show piece final that everyone prectically predicted when they found out this years cup final would be at the new Wembley

So thursday night I get home and start playing with my phone, and i get this message saying “hey how are you, i’ve seen you around and wondered how you are” So i ask the person to identify themselves, and after a few messages it turns out it was my sister playing games, whilst on her way back from work I’ll get you back heather!! Sat and watched what can only be described as an amazing game of football from the play-offs! For some reason defending goes out the window in the 2nd leg, due to no away goals, So teams that lose the first-leg think fuck it this game finished 5-3 to Bristol Rovers! Also appear to have found another random friend, lol. Got chatting to Lizzie somehow, and she’s a really random lass, and its great
Friday at work.. Lee got busted by his dad for having his mobile on… only for mine to ring moments later with John Cena’s theme music blaring out! Can only mean one thing… Maddsy is trying to ring me Had a great chat with my old mate John Westwood about this and that, and how we’re both looking to start running, and he’s decided to cut down on his drinking alot, cos I think he’s realising he can spend best part of £50 a weekend on other things! Specially once he gets his new motor, which will be awesome   Found out now that i’m gonna have to be in early again next week… altho the extra money is welcome… i aint too fussed feeling like i did friday night!

Ordered some chinese in, and went to asda to get me some beer, and plonked myself down to watch forest.  What a game it was, but its just a shame that the outcome was not what the majority of the people wanted! Specially with Derby being in the play-off final for the Championship When the game was heading into extra time.. Ollie came on msn, and told me that he thought Forest had bottled it! Well they had mate! Of Liam Lawrence proportions in the Play-off final of 2003/2004 season.  Altho there have always been rumours bout this game… I wont go into them! Me and Mr Sausage know one or two of them

Forest’s bottle was last seen floating down the river trent! Seems they lost it just before their big game tonight against Yeovil

Cant believe I witnessed that game tonight! Forest losing 5-2 at home Was great to watch as a neutral, but I wanted them to win, so I could go down to Wembley with John and his mates

So yesterday at work Maddsy came out with this random story that some pig-dog-human-cow embryo had been stolen from a lab somewhere, and so it now turns out he may have a brother

And to swing from one side of the spectrum to the other… still unsure wether i’ll be able to go get my tattoo done saturday! Need to wait for Alanman to find something out first, then get back to me! Also might be playing 5-a-side sunday for Mansfield 103.2 Listeners or something! Was asked by Ollie wed at footy, so have to see what happens!

Oh that and the gym with John monday! I’m gonna be hurting next week hahaha
