Bex has just sent me a pm, with the link to our house on the rightmove website!
Sent her one back saying woohoo, thanks 
and she said it’s still sad seeing it on the market.
Of course it is! I was expecting a few years of happiness in that house! But hey better to have spent a year in the house happy, than being at each others throats for a year
